  • What happens once I purchase a voucher?
    We will send you a confirmation email with your purchase details. From that moment you will have 3 months to redeem the voucher. We recommend to make the reservation of the appointment in time, to be able to choose a day that we have a hole and you get well, so you can enjoy it before it expires.
  • What is the difference between the different thermal circuits?

  • Once I have purchased my voucher, how do I book my appointment?

  • What time can I book my appointment?
    We are open from Monday to Sunday from 09:00h to 22:00h.
  • How long do I have to redeem my voucher?
    It has a maximum of 3 months from the day of purchase to redeem the voucher.
  • What if I can’t attend the day I booked to redeem my voucher?
    You can change the date of your reservation up to 24 hours before it, by calling us by phone or via email to notify us and make the modification. Although both options are possible, it is advised via email so that this is recorded. The non-cancellation or non-modification within 24 hours in advance implies the loss of the right of the service and the non-return of the amount of the service.
  • Can children attend the spa?
    Except for very special cases, which will be consulted with the company, only the entrance to 18 years of age is permitted.
  • Are there special prices for groups? 
    If you are a group, you can contact us and consult the special rates.
  • When filling out the online purchase form, are the data that you fill out are those of the buyer or the person I want to give it to?
    The data are from the buyer, but if you want to send a gift voucher to the email of the person you want to make a special gift, you will only have to request it in the Notes section of the order. Remember to leave us the email of the person you want us to send you.
  • What should I bring when I go to enjoy my experience?
    They must be provided with swimsuits, hair collected, toiletries, bath slippers and their gift voucher printed card. The centre will provide you with a free bath towel per person, bath gel, shampoo, hairdryer and locker service. To your reservation you must arrive 5 minutes in advance for the procedures of reservation in reception. Understand that if you are late you will not be compensated for lost time.
  • Does the park center have a parking space?
    No, but three minutes from downtown they have a parking lot open to the public.
  • Can I redeem my gift voucher for another service or refund of the bonus amount?
