What happens once I purchase a voucher?

We will send you a confirmation email with your purchase details. You will then have 1 year to redeem the voucher. We recommend that you book your appointment in advance, so that we can choose a day that suits you and you can enjoy it before it expires.

What is the difference between the different Thermal Circuits?

Depending on the duration you choose (60′ or 90′), you will be able to do more or less of the same, i.e. the 90 minutes will have more stations (such as the Biothermal or Scottish shower) and includes all the elements, while in the 60 minutes, one of the pools or jacuzzis will be omitted. In addition, the Híspalis 90′ Thermal Circuit includes cava and chocolates, and a totally private service for two people.

Once I have purchased my voucher, how do I book my appointment?

To enjoy your pack or service, you must first make an appointment and make your reservation through our telephone or email contact channels, so that you can attend on a day that suits you and on which we have available appointments.

When can I book my appointment?

Wednesdays – 11:00 to 21:00h
Thursday to Saturday- 11:00 to 22:00h
Sundays – 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

How long do I have to redeem my voucher?

Vouchers purchased will be valid for 1 year. Vouchers purchased before and during the pandemic will be valid until 30/12/2021.

I have a voucher for a 30 minute massage, can I upgrade to a 50 minute massage?

You can always add more time to the massages. To request it and make a reservation we just need you to send an email to info@termasdehispalis.com or call 954 423 398 and provide us with: Name and surname, e-mail, telephone number, voucher number, the centre to which the voucher corresponds, days and possible times to enjoy it. Tell us the number of minutes you wish to extend (1€/min.)

What happens if I cannot attend on the day I booked to redeem my voucher?

You can change the date of your booking up to 24 hours before the date of your reservation by calling or emailing us to let us know and make the change. Although both options are possible, it is advisable to do so via email for the record. Failure to cancel or change the booking within 24 hours of the arrival date will result in the loss of the right to the service and the non-refund of the service fee.

Can minors attend the spa?

Except in very special cases, which will be consulted with the company, only people over 18 years of age are allowed to enter.

Are there special prices for groups?

If you are a group, you can contact us and ask for special rates.

When I fill in the online purchase form, are the details I fill in those of the buyer or of the person I want to give the gift to?

The details are for the buyer, but if you would also like us to send a gift voucher to the email address of the person you would like to give a special gift to, just request it in the notes section of the order. Remember to leave us the email address of the person you want us to send it to.

What should I bring when I go to enjoy my experience?

They must come with swimming costumes, hair up, toiletries, bathing shoes and their printed gift voucher. The centre will provide you with a free bath towel per person, bath gel, shampoo, hairdryer and locker service. Your reservation must be made 5 minutes in advance for booking formalities at reception. Please understand that if you are delayed you will not be compensated for the time lost.

Does the centre have a car park?

No, but three minutes from the centre there is a car park open to the public.

Can I exchange my gift voucher for another service or refund the amount of the voucher?

No, the services must be respected as contracted. The gift voucher is identified by the card number which is its locator. You can give it as a gift to whomever you wish, but if they cannot or do not want to enjoy it, the amount will not be refunded.

What does a Semi-Private Circuit consist of?

Where the circuit regime is not private, it shall be semi-private. Here each element that is part of the thermal circuit has a time. After this time, the staff will rotate the clients and change elements. In this way we make sure that they do the hydrothermal therapy correctly and that they do not coincide with each other in the same element of the thermal circuit.
