We will send you a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. From that moment, you will have 1 year to redeem the voucher. We recommend making the reservation in advance, so you can choose a date that works best for you and ensure availability before the voucher expires.

This circuit is a journey through different facilities, consisting of: hydrotherapy pool, frigidarium, contrast foot bath, Finnish sauna, sanarium, Turkish bath, Scottish shower, bi-thermal shower, contrast shower, and a chillout room with complimentary tea or fruit juice. Not valid for groups larger than 4 people.

To enjoy your package or service, you must first schedule an appointment and make your reservation through our telephone or email contact channels, so that you can attend on a day that is convenient for you and when we have available appointments

You can always add more time to the massages. To request it and make a reservation, we just need you to send an email to info@termasdehispalis.com or call +34 954 423 398 and provide us with the following information: your full name, email, phone number, voucher number, the spa center associated with that voucher, possible days and hours to enjoy it. Please let us know the number of minutes you would like to add (€1/minute).

You can change the date of your reservation up to 24 hours prior to your appointment by calling us at +34 954 423 398 or via email at info@termasdehispalis.com to notify us and make the modification. While both options are available, we recommend contacting us via email to have a record of the request. Failure to cancel or modify within 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of service entitlement and no refund will be provided.

With the exception of very specific cases, which will be consulted with the company, entry is only allowed for individuals aged 18 and above.

Yes, the massage is given at the same time but in individual rooms.

The information entered should be that of the buyer. However, if you would like us to also send a gift voucher to the email of the person you want to give a special gift to, you can request it in the “Order Notes” section. Please remember to provide us with the email address of the person you want us to send it to.

You should come prepared with swimwear, hair tied up, toiletries kit, bath slippers, and your printed gift voucher card. The center will provide you with a complimentary bath towel per person, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, and locker service. Please arrive at your reservation 5 minutes in advance for check-in procedures at the reception. Kindly understand that if you arrive late, the lost time will not be compensated.

No, the services must be honored as they were purchased. The gift voucher is identified by the card number, which serves as the locator. You can gift it to anyone you wish, but if they are unable or choose not to redeem it, the amount will not be refunded.

When the circuit is not private, it is considered semiprivate. In this case, each element that is part of the thermal circuit has a designated time. Once that time is up, the staff will rotate the clients, allowing them to move on to the next element. This ensures that each client can properly experience the hydrothermal therapy and prevents them from overlapping with others in the same thermal circuit element.
